To ensure that your order arrives smoothly and safely, we attach great importance to reliable and transparent shipping. Here you will find all the important information about delivery times, shipping costs, and shipping details.

Shipping conditions
- Our online shop is exclusively for customers in Germany (excluding islands), so delivery is only available to addresses within Germany.
- Prices include shipping costs and exclude statutory VAT.
Delivery times
Unless a different delivery time is specified in the product description, shipping within Germany (excluding islands) usually takes place within 3–5 business days after conclusion of the contract (for prepayment, from the time of receipt of payment).
Please note: There are no deliveries on Sundays and public holidays. If you have ordered several items with different delivery times, we will ship the order in one joint delivery. In this case, the delivery time is based on the item with the longest specified delivery time. Of course, this does not apply if we have agreed otherwise with you personally.

Payment methods
The following payment methods are generally available in our shop.
- Prepayment
If you select prepayment as your payment method, we will send you our bank details in a separate email and deliver the goods after receipt of payment. - Invoice
The invoice amount is due 14 days after receipt of the invoice by bank transfer to the bank account specified on the invoice. We reserve the right to offer purchase on account only after a successful credit check.
