PURUS PLASTICS sets the course for the future
The continuing upward trend and the record turnover of 28.5 million euros last year allow PURUS PLASTICS to plan the future with confidence. Important steps are being taken to lay the foundations for further growth.
Reorganization of sales
Thomas Keller will take over the newly created position of “Sales Manager PURUS PLASTICS” and assume this responsible position on April 1, 2022. As the previous team leader of the ECORASTER® product division, he will take over the management of the entire sales department, including the plastic pallets, cable reels and green roofs departments.
Company founder and Managing Director Jürgen Manzei was responsible for the company’s sales from its foundation until he left the operational business and has been working in an advisory capacity ever since. “It is an important step to create and fill this position. Mr. Keller has been with the company for more than 10 years and has proven in the area he is responsible for that he has the skills to implement growth targets and develop structures. He also has the courage to break new ground, which is important in sales,” says Jürgen Manzei.
The Recycling Pioneers from Arzberg are thus filling the responsible position from within their own ranks: “We are delighted that an internal candidate was able to assert himself during the application process and convince us. For months, the further strategic development of sales has been worked out and planned in close dialog with the management. Mr. Keller was already involved in this,” says Managing Director Thomas Manzei about the decision.
Managing Director Waltraud Zeisel on this step. “We have our sights firmly set on the future and are developing strategies that are a prerequisite for the further development of the company. We are proud that we have a team at PURUS that supports and implements these developments. Mr. Keller has been part of this team for a long time and has already led the way in the past. We are convinced that he will do the same in his new role and master the challenges ahead.”
