The ECORASTER E40 XXL load carrier is a multifunctional accessory for the ECORASTER system that combines transport, storage, and ready-to-install installation in a single product. It first serves as a load carrier for ECORASTER deliveries, enabling large quantities of floor grating elements to be transported and stored safely and efficiently. After unloading, the carrier can then be easily installed into the area to be covered—the feet are removed, and the element is used as a fully functional part of the surface.
The pallet is made of high-quality recycled LD-PE plastic, which is UV- and weather-resistant and ensures long-term dimensional stability. Measuring approximately 133 × 100 × 13 cm, the load carrier provides sufficient space to hold up to 56 layers of ECORASTER E40 elements during static storage before it is integrated into the surface.
The load-bearing element is designed to support both cost-effective logistics processes and material-efficient use on the construction site. After removing the feet, the load-bearing element fits directly into the ECORASTER surface system, where it performs the same water-permeable and drainage function as a standard element. This eliminates the need for additional disposal or replacement of floor panels, thereby maximizing the efficient use of materials.
